| 摘 要： | 历史上中国各民族的迁徙明显有两大流向：一是中原汉族向边疆地区的外迁；一是周边各少数民族的内聚。辽金时期中原汉人大量北迁，而东北女真人则纷纷南迁。辽金时期北方各族人民的迁徙流动，对我国的民族关系产生了深远的历史影响。它改变了我国北方各民族人口的空间分布，极大地促进了中原汉族与北方少数民族在政治、经济、文化方面的交流融合，为元朝的统一奠定了坚实的基础。

| Abstract: | In Chinese history , all nationalities were moving mainly in two obvious tendencies : one was the Han's emigration from inlands toward territory ; the other was the minorities's immigration from remote areas to inner China . This essay focuses on a preliminary research on the moving process and its impact of Han in central China and Nuzhen in northeasten China in Liao and Jin Dynasties , as the two better represent the two moving tendencies . In Liao and Jin Dynasties , the moving of all nationalities in northern China gave an profound impact on the relations among all Chinese nationalities . It also changed their distribution unprecedentedly and greatly promoted their political , economical , and cultural exchanges and intergration , providing a solid foundation for the China's unification by Yuan Dynasty. |
