| 摘 要： | 高校师资资源管理是高校科学、合理配置、使用、更新、激励和开发教师的一系列管理过程。通过对高校师资资源的特点、高校师资资源管理的内容以及目前高校师资资源管理现状与问题的分析，提出了高校师资资源管理模式的宏观要求。
