Abstract:New curriculum reform puts forward new requirements to the role of elementary school teachers.Due to the influence of society,school,education department and teachers themselves and other reasons,elementary school teachers haven’t played these "ideal role" well in teaching practice,and it causes role conflict of teacher.In order to alleviate teacher’s role conflict,firstly,the society should have an accurate and reasonable understanding of teacher.Secondly,schools and educational departments provide support for teacher’s professional development,and improve the educational evaluation system.Thirdly,the teacher themselves have to strengthen role study,improve role ability,make role integration and create a self-role.
