| 摘 要： | 西部民族地区在城镇化建设中必须加大对教育事业的财政投入,必须进行财政管理体制的创新,必须有相应的法律制度作为保障。西部民族地区在城镇化建设中应当建立教育事业专用基金,建立健全各级财务监督机构,监督资金的合理使用。
