高职院校创业教育绩效评价体系的构建

摘    要:高职院校创业教育绩效评价机制存在缺陷,主要表现为缺乏切实可行、科学合理的绩效评价指标体系,创业教育的实施与社会影响的互馈作用不大,创业教育质量标准定位不准确等。构建高职院校创业教育绩效评价指标体系,以创业教育课程的开设、师资力量、创业环境、学生个体素质、创业绩效反馈、教育成本等六个方面为主线,将创业教育绩效评价内容分为六类共51项指标。

Construction of Performance Evaluation System for Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Schools

Abstract:There are some problems in the entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,such as lack of feasi ble and scientific evaluation system,the mutual enhancement between implementation and social impacts isn’t great,and its quality standard isn’t right.The construction of performance evaluation indicator system for entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges can take the curriculum setting,teaching staff,environment,students’quality,feedback and educational cost as the main line,and 51 indicators were formed.
