| Abstract: | Chinese national standard GB/T3179-2009 Presentation of periodicals was issued on September 30th,2009.This paper briefly introduces the process and principles of the development of the standard.For the purposes of correctly understanding and implementing the standard,some provisions,such as the periodical,periodical title,change of title,China Standard Serial Numbering,cover,presentation of articles,supplements,are explained. |
