| 摘 要： | 法庭审判是在当事人、证人、鉴定人等参与的情况下对诉讼案件进行实体审查和判决的司法活动,是诉讼活动的中心环节。司法活动所追求的公平正义基本上是通过庭审实现的。而随着我国涉外庭审越来越多,对法庭口译的需求也日益增加。虽然法庭口译在西方国家发展得已成体系,并相对完善,但对我国来说法庭口译尚处于起点阶段。分析不同法律体系对法庭口译的影响,可以以此为根据,为我国法律体系下的法庭口译建设提出一些建议和展望。

| Abstract: | The court trial is the judicial activity among litigants,witness and the judge for substantial review and judgment of the lawsuit.The trial is the key link of the legal action.The equality and justice is basically realized on trial.With more and more foreign-related cases in China occur higher demands on qualified court-interpreters.Court-interpretation system has been quite developed in western countries but for us the court-interpretation is still on the beginning stage.Analysis on the features of court-interpretation and effects brought on court-interpretations by different legal systems might offer some suggestions for the development of court interpreting in China-characteristic Legal System. |
