摘    要:企业战略转型的本质在于企业为避免其所具有的特异性知识与企业外部经营环境(主要是市场需求环境)不匹配引起的生存危机而进行的特异性知识创新过程,企业战略转型成功的关键在于确保企业所拥有的特异性知识与经营环境达到战略柔性匹配。因此,组织学习作为获取知识来源的主要途径,其主要目的在于不断获取企业特异性知识以及市场变化与顾客需求等方面的知识,并通过中国要素的过渡来影响企业战略转型。

Abstract:The essence of enterprises' strategic transition is the innovation process of extraordinary knowledge with the intention of avoiding the business crisis, which is caused by dismatching between the enterprises' extraordinary knowledge and the external business environment. And the key successful factor of the enterprises' strategic transition is to make the enterprises' extraordinary knowledge and the external business environment being at the strategic flexible match. Organizational learning is an effective way of acquiring knowledge, such as the extraordinary knowledge, the information of market change and the demands of customers, and it affects the enterprises' strategic transition by the transformation of interim factors.
