| 摘 要： | 在阐述生命教育的内涵及其缘起的基础上,分析了当代大学生常见的心理疾病及漠视生命的现象,强调了新时期高等教育呼唤生命教育的时代重任。高校体育在贯彻实施生命教育,帮助大学生调节和治疗心理疾病,培养良好的意志品质和健康人格等方面具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | On the basis of expounding the connotation and the source of life education, this article analyses the common mental obstacles and the phenomenon of ignoring life which exist among university students, emphasizas the great responsibility of higher education in carrying out life education, and gives prominence to the importance of university sports in remedying students mental diseases, and cultivating students＇ good will character and healthy personality. |
