摘    要:人才发展与的城市经济发展存在依存度关系。依据其双向过滤理论,构建系统性依存度指标体系和人才发展综合指数模型,借助层次分析获得安徽省人才发展与经济发展的权重判断矩阵,设计人才发展与经济发展依存度计量模型以及评判标准。安徽省未来应着重从加大开发35岁以下且具有学士学位人才、加速经济发展等方面入手。

Abstract:There is dependency relationship between talent development and city's economic development. According to bidirectional filtering theory, we can construct systematic dependency index system and talent development comprehensive index model so as to design the dependency measurement model and evaluation criteria for talent development and economic development based on hierarchy analysis which the weight iudgment matrics were obtained for talent development and economic development in Anhui province. In future years, Anhui province should lay greater emphasis on developing talents with bachelor degree under 35 years and speeding up the economic development.
