摘    要:在数字化经济时代,越来越多的企业在数字化转型中将战略思维从产品主导逻辑升级为服务主导逻辑,以适应变化的外部环境。本文采用案例研究方法,基于能力重构视角深入分析3家企业数字化转型中的主导逻辑升级现象。结论显示:企业从产品主导逻辑向服务主导逻辑的升级可以解构为核心资源、价值创造以及创新模式的转变,能力重构在这一主导逻辑升级中产生了重要的作用机制,具体表现为适应能力重构、学习能力重构与创新能力重构。本文最终所形成的理论框架,填补了现有文献对于企业数字化转型中的主导逻辑升级现象关注不足所造成的理论缺口,并对实践中欲利用数字化实现主导逻辑升级的企业给出借鉴与参考。

Abstract:In the era of new technology economy, more and more enterprises upgrade their strategic thinking from product dominant logic to service dominant logic in digital transformation, in order to cope with the rapidly changing competitive environment. From capability reconfiguration perspective, this research applied case study method to in-depth study the issue of dominant logic upgrade in digital transformation, the result showed that the upgrading from product dominant logic to service dominant logic in the digital transformation was manifested as the change of core resource, value creation and innovation, and capability reconfiguration was the critical mechanism, including adaptive capability reconfiguration, learning capability reconfiguration and innovative capability reconfiguration.The theoretical framework proposed by this paper can fill in the research gap caused by the lack of attention on the upgrade of dominant logic in the digital transformation in the existing literature, and also provide reference for the enterprises that plan to adopt digital strategy to realize service-oriented transformation in practice.
