| 摘 要： | 陕南良好的气候和自然生态条件为陕南人提供了较为舒适的生存环境,加上道教文化的长期侵染,陕南民众养成了安于现状,不思进取的惰性心理,缺乏通过接受教育来改善自身生存处境的内在动力。陕南利用当地教育资源培养的人才大量外流,使教育没能起到推动陕南经济发展的实质性作用。造成了政府投资教育的积极性降低,引发政府发展教育的动力不足。解决问题的根本途径在于,实现教育观念上新突破,大力发展针对陕南自然资源开发利用的职业技术教育,培养陕南地区留得住,用得上的人才。

| Abstract: | Living in good climate and natural environment,people in southern part of Shaanxi is satisfied with their living conditions,never think about moving on and lack internal motivation to improve their living environment by receiving education.Persons with ability cultivated in southern part of Shaanxi always swarm into other areas,which cannot promote local economical development.As a result,the government is reluctant to invest in education.The rudimentary means to solve the problem is to break through old educational concepts and to develop professional education according to exploitation of local natural resources.In this way,Persons with ability cultivated in southern part of Shaanxi can stay and exert their ability. |
