| 摘 要： | 教学翻译以外语为中心，是外语教学的辅助手段，旨在帮助学生认识外语词汇和语法，提高运用能力，练习材料以词句为单位。翻译教学将外语能力视为获得翻译能力的前提条件，运用翻译理论全盘规划翻译课程，旨在培养学生的翻译理念、技能和方法，是自成体系的翻译职业的培训。

| Abstract: | Translation teaching and teaching translation are two distinctively different concepts affecting translation teaching practice. Mastering a foreign language doesn＇t mean the capacity of doing translation. Teaching translation, which centers on the foreign language, is an assistant method to foreign language education, aims to help students to learn vocabularies and grammar and to improve their language ＂ability. The drills and exercises designed for it are mainly word and sentence practice. With foreign language competence being the precondition of the acquisition of translation competence, translation teaching, however, aims to cultivate students＇ translation theories, skills and methods, using translation theories as the layout for translation curriculum. It is a systematic training for professional translators. |
