| 摘 要： | 中国和西方都试图建立一种基于正义基础的社会秩序,社会需要正义就成为一个无庸置疑的问题,但是,我们需要的是什么样的正义呢?文章通过对正义在西方历史发展的梳理,揭示超验正义在西方社会发展中所起的巨大作用。
