| 摘 要： | 提高劳动素质、促进劳动就业是中等职业学校的首要任务。以职业岗位为核心的培养模式是实现这一任务的重要途径。本以现代教育思想和教育理论为指导，提出了以适应职业岗位需求为目标的课程结构体系和实施保障体系。

| Abstract: | Improve labourer quality, promote employment are primary task of the medium-sized vocational school. It is the important guarantee of realizing this task to set up the cultivation mode taking job post as the core. This text regards modern education thought and education theory as guide, has put forward the structure system of course taking meeting the post demand of the job as goal and implement the security system. |
