| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国的经济发展了,与此同时社会不和谐的问题也越来越突出。收入差距过大、贫富差距悬殊是引起社会不和谐的关键因素之一。利用财政政策缓解收入分配不公的现状,是促进社会和谐不可回避的问题。

| Abstract: | Since reform and opening up, our economy has developed a great deal. But at the same time, the problem of social disharmony is becoming increasingly serious, which is caused by such factors as the widening of income gap and the extreme disparity between the rich and the poor. Alleviating unfair income distribution via financial policy is an issue that cannot be evaded in the course of promoting social harmony. |
