| 摘 要： | 在当前双语教学的大环境下,许多医学院校也逐步推行部分医学课程实施双语教学,双语教学课程的比例和范围在不断加大。但双语教学师资短缺一直是医学院校双语教学的瓶颈问题。为了提高双语师资的英语水平,我们加强了双语教学师资的培训,取得了可喜的成绩,积累了一定的经验。

| Abstract: | Many medical colleges and universities are implementing bilingual teaching in some courses against the backdrop of bilingual teaching.The proportion and range of bilingual teaching courses are enlarging.On the other hand,the shortage of bilingual teaching staff hinders the bilingual teaching in medical colleges and universities.In order to improve the teachers' English level,we enhanced their training,obtained good results and valuable experience. |
