| 摘 要： | 在全面建设小康社会中，生态脆弱区(ECOTONE)面临脱贫与现代化建设的双重任务，大力提高城镇化水平既是实现双重任务的手段也是现代化建设的目标。生态脆弱区的城镇化必须考虑生态脆弱性和特殊的人地关系。在分析城市现代化发展的趋势和生态脆弱区城镇化的具体实际的基础上，根据生态城市理论、生态学理论、城市地区理论和新城市主义的观点，参照国内外成功的实践经验，生态型城镇化是生态脆弱区城市化过路的必然选择，“大分散、小集中”是脆弱生态区城镇化可行的区域性策略。

| Abstract: | In the building of overall comparatively good living standard society,the areas of ECOTONE are faced with two tasks of shaking off poverty and construction of modernization ,vigorously improving the level of urbanization is a way to realize the two tasks and the aim of construction of modernization.The weak nature of ecology and the particular relation between human and environment must be considered in the urbanization of ECOTONE.According to the trend of the modern urbanization development and the reality of urbanization in the ECOTONE,the ecological urbanization is the inevitable choice to realize urbanization in ECOTONE and the strategy of 'scatter in wide area,concentration in narrow area' is feasible in the urbanization of ECOTONE after learning from the national and international successful experiences. |
