| 摘 要： | 当前,关于教师的研究视角渐渐从教学技能技巧转向对教师的身份认同的研究。随着大学英语教学改革的展开,大学英语教师的身份认同也经历着变化。本文主要从宏观的教育政策、学校的组织文化和教师个人这三个层面来分析影响高校英语教师身份认同的因素,以期对教师职业发展做出启示。

| Abstract: | The current perspective of study on teachers has gradually changed from teaching methodology to teacher identity. College English teachers＇ identities are experiencing changes with the carrying out of teaching reform. This paper mainly analyzes the factors influencing college teachers＇ identities from three aspects, namely, the country＇s education policy, culture of organizations and teacher-self factors, hoping to shed light on teacher development. |
