| 摘 要： | 新中国成立以后不久 ,美国兴起了一股强大的反共反民主浪潮——麦卡锡主义 ,它深刻地影响了美国国会、国务院以及军方在对华政策上的决策 ,从而使美国的对华政策在冷战的大背景下 ,经历了一个从“等待尘埃落定”到采取一条孤立、敌视和遏制新中国的外交路线的转变过程。

| Abstract: | Not long after the foundation of New China,there arose a tide strongly against the Communist Party and democracy in America—McCarthyism.It deeply affected America's Congress,State Council and army's decision on their policy to China.This ,against a background of Cold War, caused America's policy to China to change from the "wait and see" attitude to the diplomatic route of isolating ,opposing and restraining New China. |
