| 摘 要： | 传统的政治文化对公民的政治参与实践有很大的影响.我们要完善社会主义民主政治,扩大我国公民有序政治参与的发展,就必须充分认识和有效消解传统政治文化的负面影响,明晰公民政治参与不足的历史原因,从而有效的培养与发展现代参与型政治文化.本文试从物质基础、公民文化、公民社会、制度保障等角度提出有关构建参与型政治文化环境的若干建议.

| Abstract: | The traditional political culture has a great impact on the civilian's participation in politics.In order to improve the socialist democracy and promote the civilians' orderly-participation in politics,the negative impact of traditional political culture should be fully recognized and effectively eliminated.In the meantime,the historical reason for the ineffectiveness of the civilians' participation in politics should be made clear.Only in this way,can the modern political culture be developed.This essay tried to propose some suggestions for the construction of civilians-involved political culture,and it will be developed from the following aspects: the material foundation,the civilian culture,the civilian society and the systems guarantee,etc. |
