| Abstract: | Jiang's theory on the socialist cultural construction is a great development of Marxism. This is mainly shown in his remark that the Chinese Communist Party should always represent the orientation of the advanced culture of China. The nature of the Party decides this. The advanced culture is the combination of law and aim of historic development. |
