| 摘 要： | 行业自律机制是国家宏观法律、政治、经济制度的延伸和补充，是同业之间进行有序竞争的一种激励约束性的“规则”。尽管目前我国职业体育俱乐部的市场化运作程度不高，但是随着我国市场经济的不断深入发展，有必要对我国职业体育俱乐部实行行业自律管理，依此规范和约束俱乐邯之间的市场化竞争行为。

| Abstract: | The profession self-discipline mechanism is the extension of national macroscopic law,politics,economic system and complement,and is same profession of carry on having a preface competition of a kind of"rule" which encourages stipulation.Though the market of the athletics club of the our country occupation turns operation degree currently not high,but along with our country the continuously thorough development of the market economy,have a necessity to our country occupation athletics club practice profession self-discipline management,tie the market of of club to turn competition behavior according to this norm peace treaty. |
