| 摘 要： | 全球化是当前世界发展的客观趋势，在给中国发提供机遇的同时，也给中国经济安全，政治安全和非传统安全带来挑战。面对全球化给国家安全造成的威胁。我国应有相应的外交策略；继续扩大对外开放，积极参与改造国际体系；加强区域经济和安全合作；睦邻外交与全方位外交并举，以防范全球化带来的风险，为国内现代化建设创造和平的外交环境。

| Abstract: | The world is becoming global. Globalization provides good opportunities for the development of China and meanwhile, it also brings the challenges on the economic, political and non-conventional safety. Thus, China should establish new foreign policy to deal with the new situation, that is, to continue broadening the open-door policy, join in the reform of the international system, strengthen the cooperation on regional economy and peace, good neighborhood friendship and all-round foreign policy, keep on guard the risk of globalization and establish a good and peaceful environment. |
