| 摘 要： | 素质教育是贯彻科教兴国方针的重要方面，是当今教育改革和实践的中心课题。高校图书馆作为高等学校教学和科研的两个中心，它不仅是学校的信息中心，也是大学生素质教育的重要阵地，在大学生素质教育中具有课堂教育不可替代的文化优势、环境优势和服务优势。该文阐述了素质教育的必要性，分析了高校图书馆在素质教育中的地位与作用，探讨了实施素质教育的有效途径和方法。

| Abstract: | In the process of carrying out the principle of boosting the nation by science and education the quality education plays an important part, it is also an important project of the current reform and practiceon education. It is not only an information center, but alsoplays akeyroleforcharacteristiceducationof collegestudents. Librariesin universities andcollege have theirown unique cultural, environmental and service advantages, which cannot be replaced by classroom teaching in quality-oriented education. This paper expounds the necessity of the quality education and analyzes the important role that the university plays in the quality education. This paper also discusses and proposes the way and the method on how to realize quality education. |
