| 摘 要： | 信息科技时代，网络学习已成为新趋势，并受到国内外各教育单位的重视与推广。如何提升网络学习成效已成为一个重要的研究方向。章从个性化学习的角度出发，调查了目前国内外一些网络学习平台或环境在个性化方面的状况，分析了其中存在的问题与原因，就个性化网络学习环境的建设提出了若干建议。
