| 摘 要： | 私营企业党建是党巩固执政基础和群众基础重要途径。目前,随着国家对私营经济的重视,私营企业得到迅猛发展。然而,私营企业党建工作存在着思想认识滞后、组织活动少等诸多不足。因此,加强和完善私营企业党建迫在眉睫。本文通过分析加强私营企业基层党建的必要性,系统研究私营企业党建存在的问题,探讨加强私营企业基层党建的对策,以期提供新思路。

| Abstract: | Private enterprise party construction is an important approach to consolidate the ruling foundation and mass basis.At present,with the state of the private economy,private enterprises rapid development,there are some problems in the private enterprise party construction work such as the existence of the private sector thinking,lack of organizational activities and so on.Through analysis of strengthening primary party organization of private enterprise,the necessity of private enterprise party construction system research,this paper discusses the problems existing in the construction of private enterprises to strengthen basic strategies in order to provide a new idea. |
