基于教师专业发展的高师教育改革

摘    要:教师发展的理念引领高等师范教育的发展。教师专业化是一种新的教师发展理念,包含教师个体专业化和教师职业群体专业化两个维度,兼具职业性和社会性两重属性。围绕教师专业化的这两个维度、两种属性,我国政府以政策作为支持和引领,对高等师范教育作出了一系列的改革。体现在宏观体制的调整、教师专业水平的提升以及教师地位、待遇的提升等方面。

Abstract:The concept of teacher development leads the development of higher normal education.Professionalization of teachers is a new concept of teacher development,it contains two dimensions,one is the individual teacher professionalism,and the other is the occupational groups of teacher professionalism,with both occupational and social attributes.Around the two dimensions or two attributes of professionalization,our government and the Ministry of Education through relevant policy to support and guide the series reform of higher normal education,which reflects in the adjustment of the macro system,the enhancing of the level of teachers'profession and the upgrading of the status and the treatment of teachers,etc.
