| 摘 要： | 经查阅大量文献发现,对项目专项特征的研究仍缺乏深入的理论研究及反思。为此以网球为例——对其专项特征进行探讨,进一步厘清网球项目的专项特征。以专项供能系统、项目对运动素质的特殊要求、运动竞赛规则规定取胜的主要因素为切入点进行分析,旨在揭示网球项目的运动规律,对提高及解决网球专项训练中出现的不足的问题提供科学理论依据。

| Abstract: | After checking the large number of documents, the research finds that the special characteristics of research projects are still lack of deep theoretical study and reflection. Therefore, for example, tennis———its special characteristics are discussed further to clarify the special characteristics of the tennis program. Taking the main factor in the special energy supply system, the special requirement for athletic ability and athletic competition rules to win as a starting point for analysis, to reveal the movement of tennis, to improve the problem of insufficient tennis appearing in the special training and solutions to provide a scientific theory. |
