| 摘 要： | 收集西北民族大学2013-2014学年在校彝族、瑶族、哈尼族学生身体机能、身体素质、身体形态3个方面的体质健康测试数据,对测试结果进行统计分析,整合体能测试数据,对比分析彝族、瑶族、哈尼族学生身体机能、素质、形态体质健康的差异,讨论彝族、瑶族、哈尼族学生体质健康存在差异的原因并提出建议。按照《国家学生体质健康标准》的评分标准进行数据统计,结果显示:彝族、瑶族、哈尼族3个民族大学生体质健康测试的总合格率为89.8%(其中彝族为93.4%,瑶族为89.3%,哈尼族为86.8%)。比较以上数据,彝族大学生的身体健康体质优于瑶族和哈尼族,研究比较客观的反映了3个民族的体质健康特征差异。

| Abstract: | Physical function, physical fitness, body shape of the three aspects of physical health test data of Yi and Yao Hani students in Northwest University for Nationalities from 2013 to 2014 year school are collected, the test results were statistically analyzed. Through the integration of physical fitness test data, comparative analysis, the article discusses Yi and Yao ethnic Hani students physical function, quality and physique health differences. Analysis of the reasons and suggestions are discussed. According to the “national student physical health standard” grading system of statistical data, the results show: Yi, Hani, Yao three national students ’ physique health test total qualified rate was 89.8%(Yi nationality was 93.4%, Yao was 89.3%, Hani was 86.8%). The above data comparison shows that Yi, Hani, Yao three minority university students overall physical health, Yi Yi is better than Yao is better than that of Hani, which objectively reflects the differences in the characteristics of the physical health of the three ethnic groups. |
