| 摘 要： | 以邓小平为核心的我党第二代领导集体,从我国实际出发,指明了我国产业结构调整的重要性和紧迫性,从产业结构升级的动力,农业的基础地位,正确处理农业与工业的关系,重视第三产业的发展等方面阐述了我国产业结构优化升级思想。邓小平的产业结构思想成为我国改革开放后产业结构升级的指导思想,使我国产业结构升级目标在"十一五"时期实现历史性的突破。

| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping,as the Party's core of the second generation of collective leadership,from the actual situation in our country,has illustrated the significance and urgency of restructuring our industrial structure,and stated the thought of optimizing and upgrading our industrial structure from the motivation of upgrading our industrial structure,from the position of agriculture as foundation of our economy,from the right treatment of relationship between agriculture and industry and from the development of tertiary industry.Deng Xiaoping's thought of industrial structure has become a guiding ideology of upgrading an industrial structure in the reform and openness of our country,which makes the upgrading target of our industrial structure reach the historic breakthrough during the 11th Five Year Plan of our economic development. |
