| 摘 要： | 中国石油对外贸易特别是原油进口在我国外贸体系中占据着相当重要的地位,它对中国的工业乃至经济发展起着举足轻重的作用。近年来石油一直处于供不应求的局面,每年需要大量进口。而且中国现在的石油对外贸易体系还不完善,存在着一些急需解决的问题。全面制定缓解供需矛盾、进口多元化、优化贸易结构、提高中油集团竞争力等措施,积极开展国际石油合作、保障我国的石油安全。

| Abstract: | China petroleum foreign trade, especially, crude oil import is very important to China foreign trade system, so as to China industry and economic development. During the recent years, petroleum has been always in short supply, wanting lot of import. More, current China petroleum foreign trade system is not complete, with some problems needing for immediate resolution. China should set up effective and complete measures, such as, to release the contradiction between supply and demand, to import petroleum from more countries, to optimize trade structure and improve China Petroleum Group Company＇s competitivity, as to take active part in international petroleum cooperation and assare China petroleum safety. |
