| 摘 要： | 互联网的异军突起打破了传统的信息服务格局,引发了它和图书馆在服务对象、服务领域、服务时间上的矛盾和竞争,也推动了它们的发展。互联网和图书馆在相互矛盾竞争的同时相互吸引、相互融合、相互补充。面对与互联网的矛盾,图书馆服务应进行必要的调整,退出一些服务领域,实行专业化分工,建立科学采购机制,及时清理书库和数据库,引入竞争机制,以实现服务的水平、高效率、高效益。
