| 摘 要： | 目前我国的社会救助的主体实际上是政府救助,政府救助不可避免的局限性使非政府组织在社会救助中介入的空间相当大,非政府组织有着明显的优势。我国非政府组织发展迅速,在社会救助中发挥越来越大的作用,同时非政府组织的发展也存在不少问题,应采取措施,促进非政府组织的健康发展,充分发挥其在社会救助中的作用。

| Abstract: | The subject of social assistance in our country at present is virtually the government assistance.Inevitable limitation of the government assistance makes the intervention space of non-governmental organizations in social assistance rather large,and non-governmental organizations have obvious superiority.Non-governmental organizations in our country are developing fast,and play a more and more important role in social assistance.Meanwhile,the development of non-governmental organizations also exists many problems.Measures should be adopted to promote healthy development of non-governmental organizations and to bring the functions in social assistance into full play. |
