| 摘 要： | 城市潜力系统是促进城市可持续发展的重要因素.在对城市潜力系统的定义与特征分析的基础上,从空间发展潜力、人力资源潜力、资源利用效率、环境承载水平和城市市场潜力等方面入手,构建了一套可用于定量化评价的城市潜力系统概念模型.

| Abstract: | Potentiality system of urban development is a key point to continual development of city. This Paper firstly analyses the definition and characteristic of this system, then presents a conceptual model to explain the potentiality of urban development. The conceptual model is based on potentiality of expansion, potentiality of human resource, efficiency of use of resource, carrying level of environment and market potentiality. |
