| 摘 要： | 认真学习与实践科学发展观,落实以人为本的理念,是高校图书馆工作的出发点和归宿。高校图书馆工作人员应树立＂读者第一＂的理念,不断提高服务质量,加强高校图书馆文献资源信息化建设,顺应信息社会的发展趋势,构建完善的文献信息资源体系,以促进高校图书馆工作的可持续发展。
