| 摘 要： | 从可持续发展观出发，运用献资料、调查研究等方法，分别从政府行为、科技能力、公众参与三个角度，对我国不同地区的篮球竞技后备人才状况进行了深入研究。结果表明：目前人才发展中存在多种非持续因素的制约，体校系统的人才规模有减少趋势，部分基层教练员制订的训练安排不科学。要使人才可持续发展，必须改革青少年篮球竞赛体制，组建篮球人才管理机构，建立一套适应社会发展要求的人才发展战略，使我国篮球竞技后备人才的发展与世界水平保持同步。

| Abstract: | Based on applied the research methods of document,investigation,mathematical statistics etc,respectively from three aspects such as the government action,the ability of science and the masses' anticipation,this article made a deep research on sports reserve talent of basketball in different cities and areas Research indicated that there are unsustainable development factors in the talent development It also indicated that the talent reserve in sports schools intend to decline,basic level coaches are poor in work out training arrangement,and even against science In order to attain sustainable development,we have to reform juvenile contest system,set up organization to administer basketball talent,make a series of talent development strategy Only do this successfully,our basketball talent reserve are able to keep up with the age and the world |
