| 摘 要： | 2006年青岛市成功申报了民间文学、民间音乐、民间舞蹈、民间美术、戏曲等10类27项国家级、省级、市级非物质文化遗产。由于对非物质文化遗产的重要性认识不够，传承渠道不畅，与教育脱节，缺乏对民族文化资源价值评估等原因，青岛市保护、传承非物质文化遗产工作面临严峻的形势，为此应加快非物质文化遗产保护的法制化进程、加强理论研究与宣传教育、构建有效的保护与发展非物质文化遗产的教育形式、发展特色民俗旅游促进优秀民俗文化传承、加强国际国内交流合作等保护非物质文化遗产的措施。
