| 摘 要： | 学校管理者胜任力研究是20世纪八、九十年代英美等国教育管理研究的一个热点,该类研究的重点是寻找学校管理者胜任工作所需的能力和行为表现,为学校管理者选拔和职业发展提供支持.目前有两种胜任力研究模式:美国模式以学校管理者的卓越表现为基础,研究成果更适合于指导学校管理者职业发展;英国模式以学校管理者的一般表现为基准,研究成果提供的是学校管理者的职业资格标准,更适合于指导学校管理者的选拔.

| Abstract: | The research of the competences or competencies of school managers is one of the hotspots of educational management research in USA and UK, which focuses on the abilities and behaviors competent mangers need. There are two kinds of research models: the American one and the British one. American model is based on the superior performance of managers, which is more suitable for the career development of school managers; British model is based on the average performance of managers, which is more suitable for the selection of school managers. |
