| 摘 要： | 微博是近年流行的一款基于用户关系而分享、传播以及获取信息的网络平台。大学生注册和使用微博的比例较高，有一小部分人有微博控的倾向。微博是大学生获取信息的重要来源，是大学生扩大交友圈子的重要途径，是大学生发表观点、宣泄心情的重要平台。然而，微博信息的无序性会影响大学生的道德观念和价值观念的形成，微博交往的虚拟性易导致大学生人格的迷失和心理的失衡，大学生过度使用微博耽误时间、影响学习。利用微博引导大学生的学习和生活的方法有：利用校园官方微博加强对学生的舆论引导，利用微博开展思想政治教育，引导学生的人格成长，利用微博对微博控的学生进行重点教育。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the popular micro-blog is a network platform based on users＇ relationship for sharing, disseminating and having access to information. There is a higher proportion of registration and use of micro-blog among college students, while there is even a small number of them have a tendency of micro-blog complex. Micro-blog is an important source for college students to have access to information, an important way to expand their circle of friends in college and an important platform to express their views. However, the randomness of micro-blog information will affect the morality of college students as well as their mental health. Their excessive use of micro-blog will delay and affect their studying. Methods of using micro-blog： using campus official micro-blog to strengthen public opinion guidance for students; using micro-blog to carry out ideological and political education to guide students in personality development; using micro-blog to educate students of the micro-blog complex. |
