| Abstract: | As organism carrier, the red blood cell transported the oxygen. This article makes elaboration and analysis from the different physiological load of exercise on the red blood cell and adjustment factor EPO in order to establish the reasonable training pattern and provide the theoretical basis for athletic training towards to scientific developing direction. |
