| 摘 要： | 本文在全面了解黑龙江省社会体育指导员概况的基础上，解读社会体育指导员培训的教材，面向市场、依托社会，重新审视哈尔滨体育学院社会体育专业人才培养目标和课程体系，提出要加强社会体育专业的培养目标建设，完善社会体育专业人才培养目标与规格；改革教学课程设置，培养高素质的具有地方特色的社会体育指导员；加强社会实践教学，提高学生指导社会大众健身的时间和机会；合理把握社会体育指导员课程设置的比例与深度；加强社会体育指导员的培养与等级审批，以期培养出社会需要的高素质社会体育指导员，完善社会体育专业人才培养模式，实现两者的双赢。

| Abstract: | This essay is based on the whole circumstances of Heilongjiang social sports in- structors, the analysis of textbooks for training social sports instructors in order to reevaluate the goal of talent development and curriculum system of Harbin institute of physical educa- tion. The intention of this essay is to improve talent development, adjust the curriculum, train high quality social sports instructors with localized features, increase internship time and opportunities for students, and enhance the qualification examination and approval for social sports instructors. |
