| 摘 要： | 从科学的发展观含义及其四个特性出发,赋予正确的政绩观相应的含义。政府正确的政绩观包含“人本与能本”、“全面与重点”、“协调与和谐”、“可持续与生态行政、发展行政”四个方面的理解。用科学的发展观念如何实践正确的政绩观,从科学的政绩考核体系设计着手考虑,能有效地督导和考察政府的政绩。
