国外学科文化研究综述

摘    要:学科文化的研究对学科建设、研究生教育、学术组织管理与评价、跨学科研究以及大学内涵发展等具有重要意义。国外学科文化研究肇始于学科分类研究。从不同的分类标准看,学者们一般是从学科认识论、学科共同体整合机制以及学科成员个体的行动策略等三个理论维度来认识和理解学科文化。学科文化的实证研究包括单一学科内部的文化“深描”、不同学科的文化比较以及学科文化与社会再生产等三个研究层面。三个理论认识维度和三个实证研究层面构成了国外学者研究学科文化的基本分析框架。

Abstract:Research on disciplinary culture has important implications for disciplinary construction, graduate education, academic organization management and evaluation, interdisciplinary research and quality improvement. Foreign disciplinary culture studies began with the classification of disciplines that focused on the consideration of disciplinary culture from the theoretical dimensions of disciplinary epistemology, community integration mechanism and individual action strategies. Empirical studies of disciplinary culture included the aspects of the internal culture of a single discipline, the cultural comparison of different disciplines and correlationship of disciplinary culture and social reproduction. The theoretical dimensions and the empirical studies constitute the basic framework of foreign scholars to examine the disciplinary culture
