高校青年教师教学能力研究述评

摘    要:近年来高校青年教师数量呈跨越式增长趋势,其教学能力水平高低直接关系到高等教育质量的优劣。因此,对于高校青年教师教学能力的研究也日益增多。通过研究发现,目前针对高校青年教师教学能力研究的侧重点主要涉及青年教师群体特征、教学能力现状、影响因素及其对策四个方面。目前研究展现了高校青年教师教学能力的研究图景,但同时可以发现当前研究具有以下不足:即忽视教师生涯发展路径,缺乏“个性”关照;研究方法简单,缺乏“实质性”分析;对策研究千篇一律,缺乏保障机制的研究。针对于此,今后应在分段化需求研究、定性定量研究方法的结合、各项保障机制研究这三个方面加强探索。

Abstract:An increasing number of young college teachers have played a vital role in quality higher education, and their teaching skills in colleges and universities are of wide academic concern. It has been found that the researches mainly involve the group characteristics of young teachers, the current situation of their teaching ability, the influential factors and countermeasures. The present study shows the research prospect of young teachers’ teaching ability in higher education, and gaps in the areas of ignoring teachers’ career development path, lacking care of “individuality”, simplified research method, lack of substantive analysis, unified countermeasures, and lack of guarantee mechanism research. It, therefore, proposes that further research needs in the aspects of sectional demand, integration of qualitative and quantitative methods, and supporting mechanisms.
