教育对话与儿童自我的寻求

摘    要:理想的教育对话通过对儿童理智或理性的澄明而成就儿童自我,引导儿童主动追求美善生活,达成自由与自主的儿童自我实现状态。随着交谈情境的变化而生成的理想对话过程是教育双方达成理解与沟通的过程。从一位儿童与其母亲和班主任交往情境的探究提炼出教育对话达成儿童自我寻求的过程:教育者的自我融入;教育双方的自我交融;儿童的自我提升;儿童的自我教育。

Abstract:ideal educational dialogue can lead to children’s self-fulfillment by clarifying their reasoning or sensibility, thus directing them toward cultivating wisdom, virtue, freedom and autonomy. The process of ideal educational dialogue in the development of conversational situations helps foster educational partners’ mutual understanding and communication. This paper explores the case of dialogues between one child and her mother and her teacher to highlight the process of pursuit of children’s selves, educators’ self-integration, inter-subjective engagement, children’s self development and self education
