| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济高速发展的需求,高校规模的不断扩大,每年大学生人数与日俱增,高校毕业生就业制度已经由"统包统分"转向"自主择业"、"双向选择"、"竞争就业",学生就业难成为社会普遍现象。在这种形势下,就业指导课程意义重大也已经在我国实施了几年,但现今仍然有大学生出现盲目就业最终找不到工作,而单位的需求量也得不到满足的情况,造成人力资源浪费,引发社会问题。这就要求大学就业指导课程要足够的重视度,不能够仅仅形式上的理论讲授,而是需要改进方式方法、与时俱进,结合日新月异的社会需求及国家优惠政策,不断的更新内容,运用全局理念,在课程中将理论与实践相结合,运用多种方式和方法引导大学生树立好正确的就业、择业观。本文将主要从大学生就业指导课程的开展的现状出发,着重分析如何提高大学生就业指导课程实效性。

| Abstract: | Along with the social economy rapid development needs,the continued expansion of the scale,the number of students to grow with each passing day every year,the employment system of university graduates already from "unified distribution" to "free choice"," two-way choice","competitive employment",difficult employment become social phenomenon.In this situation,the significance of employment guidance curriculum has been implemented in China for several years,but now there are still students employment ended blindly to find work,and the demand of unit is not to meet the situation,resulting in a waste of human resources and social problems.This requires the university employment guidance curriculum to pay enough attention to,not only on the theoretical teaching,but the need to improve methods,advancing with the times,change rapidly with the social demand and the state preferential policies,constantly updates content,using global philosophy,combining theory with practice in the course,use a variety of means and methods to guide university students to set up correct employment outlook.This paper will start mainly from the present situation of college students employment guidance curriculum’s development,analyzes how to improve the effectiveness of college students’ employment guidance course. |
