| 摘 要： | 近代项目管理学科源干20世纪50年代，60年开始在全球风靡。我国对项目管理系统的研究和行业实践起步较晚，但随着我过的经济不断的发展，各种项目建设越来也多，真正称得上项目管理的是开始利用世行贷款的发电项目——鲁布革水电站，1984年鲁布革水电站在国内首先采用国际招标，实行项目管理，缩短了工期，降低了造价，取得了明显的经济效益。
分析大型项目现有建设管理模式，比较目前国内外项目建设管理模式的优缺点，从建设单位的角度探索符合天津100万吨／年乙烯炼化一体化项目建设的管理模式。

| Abstract: | Latter-day Project management study originated in 1950s, and became fashionable in 1960s around the world. Although the research to project management system and industrial practice get off to a late start in China, variety of item constructions are getting more and more along with the continuous development of economy in China. The Lubuge hydroelectric station as the first generating item to utilize loans from the World Bank can be called a real project management. In 1984, the Lubuge hydroelectric station first adopted international bidding in China and also carried out project management, which resulted in shortening the duration of this project, decreasing the cost and obtaining obvious economic benefits.
Through analyzing current construction management mode of large-sized projects and comparing advantages with disadvantages of construction management mode of the projects from home and abroad for the present. From construction unit point of view, to explore a management mode complying with the construction of Tianjin 1 mlt/y Ethylene Integrated Project. |
