| Abstract: | Finance is a realm of high risk. The finance status in our country is faced with serious challenges after China' s entry to WTO. The key step is how to prevent the financial risk and turn the disadvantages into advantages and build an effective internal control system. the author analyses and explores the rule of internal control system of modern finance and the problems which should be paid more attention to from the Chinese actual situation. |
