| 摘 要： | 高校准确、合理定位对高校生存与发展意义重大。高校定位存在着主体地位缺失、没有体现需求导向、不注意传播、没有得到全体教职员工的认可、缺乏差异性等误区。误区出现的深层次原因与高等教育宏观管理体制、高校管理体制与制度、传统社会文化的消极因素有关。

| Abstract: | It is so significant for higher school to orient themselves properly. Now there are some manifestations. For example, the inexistence of main part, no direction of demand, no approval of staff, no difference. That shows that it has something to do with macroscopic management system, the system of higher school, the flaw of traditional society culture. |
